2. On-site Construction Supervisor Daily
A Construction Supervisor will be present on your home site each day to oversee the construction of your home. This insures that each phase of construction is completed as per plans and specifications as well as city codes. The Supervisor's duties also include insuring a timely job site clean-up each day.

Additionally, the Construction Supervisor will be present for all city inspections as required by city code to insure compliance of such codes. Any items not passing city official inspection shall be rectified within a 24 hour period with the corresponding subcontractor.
